NGÂM
Quần lót nguyệt san đã sử dụng vào nước lạnh trong 30 phút.
 
VÒ
Bằng tay với xà phòng nhẹ và nước. Không sử dụng bàn chải.
Xả nước kỹ để đảm bảo không còn xà phòng.
 
PHƠI KHÔ
Quần lót đã giặt dưới ánh sáng mặt trời hoặc sấy khô ở nhiệt độ thấp. 
Nếu bạn muốn ủi, hãy chọn mức nhiệt độ thấp.
 
KHÔNG NÊN 
Không ngâm hay giặt quần lót nguyệt san vào nước nóng nếu còn máu trong đó, vì như vậy sẽ tạo ra vết bẩn.
Không sử dụng hay cất quần lót nguyệt san khi còn ướt hay ẩm.
Không giặt khô.
 
NẾU BẠN CHỌN GIẶT MÁY: 
Loại bỏ tất cả máu bằng cách chọn vắt hay ngâm trong nước lạnh.
Cho quần lót nguyệt san vào túi giặt trước khi cho vào máy giặt, chọn chế độ giặt nội y và chu kỳ ngắn, ở mức dưới 30 độ  C
Sấy khô ở nhiệt độ thấp hoặc treo dưới ánh sáng mặt trời
Không sử dụng chất tẩy trắng hoặc chất làm mềm vải
 
LƯU Ý:

WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
SOAK
Used panties in a mug of cold water for 30 minutes.
 
SCRUB
By hand with mild soap and water. Do not use a brush.
Use mild soap to clean the underwear/inserts; rinse thoroughly to make sure no soap remains.
 
DRY
The washed panty in direct sunlight or dry in a low tumble dry on low heat. Hang straight.
If you wish to iron, use a low temperature setting.
 
DON'Ts
Do not soak or wash the underwear and inserts in hot water if they have blood in them, as it will set the stains.
Do not use wet or damp underwear.
Do not dry clean.
 
FOR MACHINE WASH:
Remove all blood by squeezing or soaking in cold water.
Place the panties in a wash bag before putting in the machine washing mode  in a short cycle, at or below 30oC tumble dry (at low setting) or hang in sunlight
Do not use bleach or fabric softeners
 
*Wash your panties before first use.
